A comment on work location

Employees gets frustrated when the early progress of their employers are not encouraged and management keep on support the people of their own languages , caste etc.
An incident which supports this languages matter an employee takes 4 days of leave but there is no deductions but other employee takes one day leave there the deductions happens . I believe this things will not happen in Mnc companies but only in the companies where people of same languages are more...
A Main thing which happens in almost all Companies ..a person takes high salary than employees automatically everyone starts talking behind him,they won't see  how much the person has struggled in past  to come to this position just they feel jealously of person this is called cheap mentality.
This many days i thought people working in  MNC will have good back ground and will behave decently with their fellow employees but it was proved wrong...even this people have bad attitude and try to pull legs of others ,they are so uncultured that they even forget to think that how much the person gets hurt (hope all MNC employees are not bad) .
A very strange thing ....a huge team of people joins a company ,in starting everything will be fine , and you know where the issues starts when a employee comes to know the salary of other employee.
Some strange things which happens in companies we often think when two person talks so much we think they are discussing about work but its wrong (some times right)they keep talking on others employee what he doing ,how to underestimate him and how to capture his ideas in his absence and trying to make bad comments on him,with this type of employees defn the company won't grow,people see the ant in other water bottle they forget they have ants in there bottle.
An Employee leave organization because of  community formation by top management, if the the person is silent and he is a only one there means he is gone ........all types of tortures starts there like not giving holidays,making to do odd jobs and not giving increments,giving  special permission to there own people who speaks their languages.
Also some employees take advantage especially who have two incomes ,they often forget and become selfish and comes late to work making other life miserable , some or the day even their life will be screwed because there is a super power watching this.People often switch from one place to another place in search of job but will forget the place where there are staying and starts criticizing the place where are working ,they start to say good about their places ,if they feel comfort there , why they come here and disturb others.(Homeland)
Some companies very often says we are like families but will they help us when we need holidays in our homes any functions happens,so they meaning of family is when event happens in their premises we have to support not in personal life!!!! crazy companies.
Some times Company will be good and also the chairman or founder will be good but the people under him will not be good like directories,Hod's ,president's these people come from their own states and try to protect their people by giving holidays,not much work and all comfortably and ha-rash the local people

  A Comment on Home Location   

    One of the finest place  for relaxation ,join with relatives ,parents ,sibblings  and many things....Fights and quarrels are will be there in all families, should adjust and co operate among all.A relation Ships are those which have a true values but some will turn out to be false when it comes to be in matter of wealth sharing.   Often see people in relationship taking care of other when they need help of ours like calling often .Relationship spoils when it comes to matter of sharing the property,even though they have not involved in taking the property,they ask they shares

                                Schools and Colleges Location

 

Memorable days in all peoples life .Some persons experience best in school days and some in colleges,  a small amount of money makes a day enjoyable with all ,no place to hatred  ,small fights but again friends ,  small reasons  to meet , every week sundays roaming , daily home work ,punishments.Here is the places where only enjoying, no odd thoughts .I would like to say i had very bad days at schools but my colleges day were good

                                         Public Transport

 Traffic Jam Traffic Jam Traffic Jam Traffic Jam Traffic Jam....every where ....that too in rainy season oh my god its horrible , i have spent nearly 3 hours in a bus and i have spent half a hour  in a bus in same place without a inch being moved .now a days the jam happenings a lot.People migrating to IT areas make traffic jam,really when sundays and Saturdays now a days roads will be clam.
Traffic Jam happens in Bangalore because of many people migrating here

                                              Friends

Friends are gift to all persons in life.Some fake ,some real ,some time pass and some  general, we have to chose them .But never choose a friends based on wealth,Once the wealth disappear he/she will also disappear.But every friends are not like that!!!Always disturb your good friends :)
